I purchased these boots on 8/17/10 and as of 9/30/10 the inside heels were already breaking apart. I bought these because I had a pair of Steve Madden suede boots in a lighter color, that I wore almost daily for two years, when finally the one of the toe heels detached. I loved these boots so much I duct taped them and continued to wear them like an ‘okie’ during our Western Weekend parade for several years. Knowing this was not a solution I tried to find these boost online several years after the fact and of course they can’t be found, especially in my size. When I found this very similar boots I was stoked, but as I mentioned the heels are already breaking down from the inside, so though they are cute, a great color, perfect leg height for me, I am bummed about the quality of craftmanship.
